About us

Waddell’s Gallery has been part of the Shreveport community since 1970, known for its long-standing presence on Ellerbe Road as a trusted destination for custom framing. After closing that location in 2021, the gallery reopened in 2022 at 1200 Marshall Street under new ownership, with a full renovation that led to its grand reopening in May 2024. Today, Waddell’s carries forward its framing tradition while expanding into a thoughtfully curated fine art gallery.

Now, the space features work from 15 local and out-of-state artists across a range of mediums, alongside one of the area’s largest selections of custom framing- still led by a framer who has been part of Waddell’s for nearly 20 years. With a constantly refreshed selection of artwork and ongoing community events, the gallery continues to grow as an active part of Shreveport’s art scene.
